The Pink Bourbon varietal of coffee was discovered in Colombia in 2013 and has been a favorite of roasters and producers alike. It is named after the distinctive pink color of its cherries and is challenging to grow successfully; producers must meticulously maintain plants as well as isolate them from other varietals to ensure successful cross-pollination. The natural processing of this coffee draws out its fruit-forward acidity.
About the Farmers
